Objective For further study the nursing intervention on clinical effect on the elderly patients of neu-rology from falling down,thus further to enhance the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with nerve niece. Methods We took 390 cases of elderly patients without nursing intervention in our hospital in 2013 and 410 cases of elderly patients with nursing intervention in 2014 to analyze,compared the fallen condition with the elderly patients before and after,then the effect of nursing intervention was observed. Results Nursing intervened to the elderly patients of neu-rology,there is a significant reduction in fallen condition and complication after fall,and the effect is obvious. Conclu-sion We should try to improve the environment of elderly people,and improve the safety factor of them through scien-tific assessment methods and safety education,and actively prevent the fall of elderly patients of neurology.%目的：研究护理干预对神经内科老年人患者跌倒情况的影响。方法对我院2013年未进行护理干预的390例和2014年护理干预后的老年患者410例的跌倒情况进行统计与分析，对比干预前后老年患者的跌倒情况，观察护理干预的效果。结果对神经内科老年人患者进行护理干预后，老年患者跌倒情况有明显的减少，跌倒后并发症亦明显减少。结论尽量完善患病老年人的周边环境，并且通过科学的评估方法以及安全教育可提升患病老年人的安全系数，护理干预可积极预防神经内科老年人患者跌倒情况的发生。
