六磨汤加减治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后胃肠功能障碍

摘要

Objective To observe the curative effect on treating thoracolumbar compression fractures in gastroin-testinal disorder with the Liu-mo-tang decoction. Methods The 142 cases of patients were divided into two groups ac-cording to a double-blind,75cases were treated by the Liu-mo-tang decoction and 67 cases in the control group with conventional Western medicine. Results Treatment group and the control group of normal ventilation rates were 84. 3℅ ,55. 2℅ ,total effective rate 92. 0℅ ,62. 7℅ . Between the two groups,the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The Liu-mo-tang decoction can significantly improve the thoracolumbar compression fractures bloating,constipation symptoms,clinical efficacy is better than western medicine.%目的：观察六磨汤加减治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀和便秘的临床疗效。方法将142例患者按双盲法分为2组，治疗组75例用六磨汤加减治疗，对照组67例采用常规西医治疗。结果治疗组和对照组通气正常率分别为84.3℅，55.2℅，总有效率分别为92.0℅，62.7℅，组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论六磨汤可明显改善胸腰椎压缩性骨折后腹胀、便秘患者的临床症状，临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
