Patients with bladder meridian tendon type of knee osteoarthritis take large proportion among those with knee osteoarthritis. Bladder meridian tendon disease is one of the most susceptible diseases in the meridian tendon diseases. In the past, the treatment for this type of knee osteoarthritis was mostly confined to the local part of the lower limbs. In clinical observation, some patients with bladder meridian tendon type of knee osteoarthritis have got better effect from treatment of waist in the distal treatment. By mutual corroboration among the modern theory of neuroanatomy, surgery theory of soft tissue, and fascia chain theory, to find the feasibility of the lumbar treatment, and to provide diagnostic ideas for target treatment in term of knee osteoarthritis featured with musculature of bladder meridian.%足太阳经筋型膝骨性关节炎在膝骨性关节炎患者中占有很大比例,足太阳经筋病依据经筋特性是最易先感经筋病之一.既往对此症型膝骨性关节炎的治疗多局限于下肢局部,临床观察发现部分足太阳经筋型膝骨性关节炎患者在远端治疗中从腰部论治疗效更佳.将现代神经解剖学理论、软组织外科学理论以及筋膜链理论与经筋理论相互印证,发现从腰论治的可行性,为足太阳经筋型膝骨性关节炎在临床治疗中提供了靶向性诊疗思路.
