目的 观察口服中药固本平喘膏治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效.方法 将就诊于我院儿科支气管哮喘患儿64例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各32例.对照组口服孟鲁司特钠,治疗组口服自拟中药膏方固本平喘膏,2组疗程均为3个月,疗程结束后观察疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为71.88%,2组比较,P<0.05;治疗组临床症状积分疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗组总IgE、EOS水平明显低于对照组,2组比较,P<0.05;治疗组哮喘平均发作次数少于对照组,2组比较,P<0.05.结论 固本平喘膏治疗小儿支气管哮喘,能有效改善临床症状,有效降低总IgE及EOS水平,并能降低发作次数,且服用方便.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine for treating bronchial asthma in children. Methods All 64 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Control group was treated with montelukast and the treatment group was treated with Guben Pingchuan paste that is self-made Chinese herbal extract, 3months was a course of treatment in both groups, after the end of treatment, effects were observed. Results The results of this study showed that the total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and 71.88% in the control group, compared with two groups, P<0.05. The clinical symptom scores of the treatment group was better than the control group, P<0.05. The total IgE and EOS levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, compared with two groups, P<0.05. The average number of asthma attacks in the two groups was less than the control group, and compared with two groups, P<0.05. Conclusion The treatment of bronchial asthma with Guben Pingchuan paste can effectively improve clinical symptoms, reduce the total IgE and EOS level, and can greatly reduce the number of attacks, and easy to take.
