基于无线WIFI的RTU装置进行实验室建设管理平台的设计与实践

摘要

高校实验室内大型设备的安全运行管理是一个重要问题.本文针对上海大学新型显示技术与应用集成教育部重点实验室内重要设备的运行设计了一套基于无线WIFI的RTU控制装置,通过RTU装置和手机APP软件,学生和老师在对MBraun带手套箱真空蒸发镀膜机等设备进行数字化操作的同时,实现对设备安全运行监控管理,同时整合实验室管理系统,实现对重点实验室的规范和优化管理.%It is important to perform the safe operation management of the large-scale equipments in the university laboratories.In this paper, we have developed a WIFI-RTU control system of the important equipments of the key lab of advanced display.By means of the RTU system and the mobile application, students and teachers could realize the monitoring management on the safety of equipments during the digital operation of the MBraun vacuum evaporation coater with glove box.Meanwhile, the management system of the lab could be integrated to achieve the optimal and normative management of the key lab.
