东亚货币联盟构建成本的经济学分析及其前景

摘要

European sovereign debt crisis leads to attack heavily to world economics. People has reconsidered the defects and improvement of current international monetary system. Region monetary union is an important measure to ease crisis and provided with special meaning to East Asia. But there are some different opinions on building mode and how to extent the scope to attract more countries joining union among East Asian countries. This paper discussed the cost when the country joined the monetary union in respect of automatic adjustment mechanism, differences of inflation-unemployment rate and budget-financial system among countries. In addition, it has also analyzed the current dilemma countries are facing with commonly in East Asia.%欧洲主权债务危机给世界经济带来沉重打击，人们开始重新反思现行国际货币体系存在的缺陷及其改进。区域货币联盟是化解危机的一个重要手段，且对东亚国家具有特别的意义。但东亚诸国在货币联盟的构建方式以及如何扩大货币联盟的范围以吸引更多小国加入等问题上存在着认识上的差异。本文从加入联盟的自动调节机制、通胀——失业的国别差异以及财政金融体系差异等角度分别探讨了单一国家加入货币联盟的成本，分析了东亚构建货币联盟的现实困境及应采取的策略。
