新六方钨氧化合物的合成与掺杂反应

     

摘要

There is a lot of disputation about the h-WO3 compound; it is necessary to make further scientific experi-ment. The new hexagonal tungsten oxide compounds (h-(NH4)xWO3) were prepared; it was demonstrated that NH4 ionmakes h-WO3 compound stabilized. Doping reaction of h-(NH4)xWO3 in organic medium and in aqueous solution indi-cated that NH4 ion was displaced by K and Na ions; and displacement mechanism was investigated. There may be a goodprospect for industrial application of oxidized ammonium tungsten bronze (h-(NH4)x WO3 ) in production of doped tung-sten wires.%亚稳态六方三氧化钨化合物(h-WO3)能否合成是一个颇有争议的问题,需要进一步探讨h-WO3的存在形态.作者研究合成了一类新的亚稳态六方钨氧化合物(h-(NH4)χWO3),结果表明:必须有NH+存在才能形成h-wO3;h-(NH4)χW03在有机相和水相介质中的掺杂反应说明,K+和Na+均可取代h-(NH4)zWO3中的NH4+.分析了这种反应机理及应用前景.
