以硫酸盐亚型盐湖卤水为原料,采用氨法沉镁-碳酸氢铵碳化—煅烧的工艺制备轻质氧化镁.研究碳酸氢铵过量系数、碳酸氢铵浓度、温度与时间对碳化过程的影响,确定制备轻质氧化镁的最佳工艺条件.研究结果表明:经碳化煅烧得到的氧化镁产品纯度大于99%,s和B含量降低,视比容为10 cm3/g,质量指标远优于国家轻质氧化镁标准要求.%Using sulfate salt subtype salt lake brine as raw materials, light-magnesia was prepared by the technology of ammonia precipitation, ammonium bicarbonate carbonation and calcination. The effects of the excessive coefficient of ammonium bicarbonate, concentration of ammonium bicarbonate, temperature of reaction and time of reaction on the carbonization ratio of ammonium bicarbonate were investigated, and the optimum process for preparation of light magnesia was obtained. The results show mat the contents of element S and B are decreased, the apparent gravity is increased to 10 cm3/g, and the purity of magnesium oxide is greater than 99% due to carbonation, which is better than national standard of light magnesia.
