路用风积沙固化剂配制及其混合料性能

     

摘要

In order to rationally use of aeolian sand for desert highway auxiliary materials, cement, lime, gypsum and wooden-calcium were added into the mixture to stabilize aeolian sand. The optimum proportions of different mixtures were determined. The mechanical properties of these mixtures were studied from the aspects of compressive strength,cleavage strength and compression rebound modulus. The freeze-thaw cycle tests were done to determine the freeze stability. Finally, the mixture's dry-shrinkage property and temperature contraction performance were tested. The results show that early strength of CLGW curing agent for stabilizing aeolian sand is lower, but its growth is the fastest, and the later strength is higher than that of other mixtures; the compression rebound modulus of all mixtures increase with the increase of ages, and the anti-deformation capacity of CLGW curing agent for stabilizing aeolian is better,; the frost resistance coefficients of all mixture are closed to each other; dry-shrinkage property and temperature contraction performance of CLGW curing agent for stabilizing aeolian are better than those of other three.%为能够合理利用风积沙作为沙漠公路的铺筑材料,以水泥为主要原料,并添加石灰、石膏、木钙等稳定风积沙,确定混合料最佳配比,从抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量等方面研究各种崮化剂稳定风积沙混合料的力学性能,通过冻融循环试验测定其冻稳定性,最后对各种混合料的干缩性能与温缩性能进行对比试验.研究结果表明:CLGW固化剂稳定风积沙在早期的强度稍低,但其增长速度最快,后期强度明显高于其他3种混合料的后期强度;4种混合料的抗压同弹模量均随龄期的增长而增大,CLGW固化剂稳定风积沙具有更强的抵抗变形的能力;4种混合料的抗冻系数相差不大;CLGW固化剂稳定沙的抗干缩性能与抗温缩性能优于其他混合料的性能.
