APAM对全尾似膏体及其管道输送流变特性的影响

         

摘要

为探究添加阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)前后,全尾似膏体浆料及其管道输送的流变特性,构建考虑屈服应力、稠度系数和流变指数的屈服伪塑性体流变模型,并推导管道输送的沿程阻力计算公式.以某铅锌银矿质量分数为70%的全尾似膏体浆料为例,进行6组室内恒定剪切流变试验,对比添加APAM前后浆料的切应力和表观黏度的变化,并预测沿程阻力.研究结果表明:添加APAM后,浆料的平衡切应力和平衡表观黏度均大于添加APAM前,且剪切速率越大,浆料的平衡切应力和平衡表观黏度增加比例越小;添加APAM后,浆料的沿程阻力损失比添加APAM前多13.16%.%To explore rheological properties of full tailings paste-like and its pipeline transportation before and after adding anionic polyacrylamide (APAM), the rheological model of yield pseudoplastic fluid was established. Three parameters were taken into consideration, including yield stress, consistency coefficient and rheological index. Calculations of the frictional drag of pipeline transportation were deduced. Take an unclassified tailings paste-like in a Pb-Zn-Ag mine as the sample, of which the mass fraction was 70%, six groups of constant shear rate rheological tests were implemented. The shear stress and apparent viscosity of slurry before and after adding APAM were compared, and frictional drag was deduced. The results show that when APAM is added, the stabilized shear stress and apparent viscosity are both higher than those before adding APAM. As the shear rate increases, additional proportions of stabilized shear stress and apparent viscosity of slurry decrease. When APAM is added, frictional drag loss of slurry is 13.16% more than that before APAM is added.
