供血者基础血小板与制备后浓缩血小板的相关性研究

摘要

Objective: To investigate the relationship between theconcentrated platelets and basic platelets of donors. Methods: We observed the harvest rate of concentrated platelets of different basic platelets in donors from Changsha area and non-Changsha area. Results: The number of concentrated platelets in Group B was higher than that in Group A (P<0.01). The harvest rates were 65.4% and 67.5% respectively in donors from Changsha area and non-Changsha area. Conclusion: There is positiver relationship between the harvest rate of concentrated platelets and basic platelets, and the transportation of blood does not effect the harvest rate of platelets.%目的：探讨供血者基础血小板数与制备后浓缩血小板数间的相关性。方法：采用不同基础血小板进行分组对比研究，并观察长途运输对浓缩血小板得率的影响。结果：基础血小板数偏低组(A组)与偏高组(B组)制备浓缩血小板(PC)的得量每袋分别为(3.53±0.46)×1010和(5.73±0.88)×1010；长途运输的血液与本地的血液所制备的PC每袋分别为(5.16±1.46)×1010和(5.89±1.15)±1010。结论：制备后的PC得量与基础血小板数明显相关(P<0.01)。运输不影响PC得率。
