油茶容器育苗基质配方的研究

         

摘要

The experiment is to test the influences of the mixtures of light medium on the livability of engraftation, the length of the bud, and the quality of the root of Camellia oleifera in containerized seeding. The materials of the light medium are the mixtures of skins of rice, saw dust, and skins of trees. The experimental results of different proportional mixtures were analyzed by using multiple regression. The results are as follows: Firstly, the influence of the different proportional mixtures show sufficient level on the livability of engraftation, the length of bud, and the quality of root of Camellia oleifera in containerized seeding. Secondly, the different light mediums also have different influences on the livability of engraftation ,the length of the bud, and the quality of the root of Camellia oleifera in containerized seeding. Thirdly,The influencing order is tree skin> rice skin >saw dust>the mixture of tree skin and saw dust>the mixture of rice skin and tree skin > the mixture of rice skin and saw dust Finally, the most proportional mixtures are rice skin 20%~26%, tree skin 28%~44%,saw dust 36%~52%.%以农林废弃物稻壳、锯木屑、树皮等为主要原料,经混料回归试验设计,研究了油茶容器育苗的基质配方对油茶嫁接成活率、抽梢长、生根量的影响.试验结果表明:不同配方对苗木成活率、抽梢长和生根量的影响达极显著水平,不同基质对油茶嫁接苗木的成活率、抽梢长和生根量的影响规律不同;不同基质及交互作用对苗木的影响力大小顺序为树皮>稻壳>木屑>树皮和木屑的交互作用>稻壳和树皮的交互作用>稻壳和木屑的交互作用;最佳配方范围:稻壳20%~26%,树皮28%~44%,木屑36%~52%.
