外源激素对蓖麻营养生长及花芽分化的影响

         

摘要

采用不同种类的激素(IAA,GA3,KT)和处理时间,对蓖麻种子进行浸种处理,以水处理相同时间的种子为对照,观测分析不同外源激素对蓖麻营养生长及雌花分化的影响。结果表明:IAA 1 mg/L和10 mg/L、GA3 20mg/L、KT 0.5 mg/L对种子发芽率、发芽势、营养生长及始花期影响不明显,但可提高花序总长度和雌花序长度,其中以IAA 10 mg/L浸种1 h的花序总长度和雌花序相对长度增长最显著,与对照相比分别提高39.39%和7.6%;较高质量浓度IAA(10 mg/L)、GA3(100mg/L)及KT(10 mg/L)对种子萌发、营养生长及花序分化具有显著抑制作用。%The effects of different exogenous hormones on castor bean's vegetative growth and inflorescence differentiation were observed and analyzed based on the experiments of treating castor bean seeds with different kinds of hor-mone(IAA, GA3 , KT) and treating time, and taking water treating seeds as control. The results indicate that IAA 1 mg/L and 10 rng/L, GA3 20 mg/L, KT 0. 5 mg/L had a little effect on germination rate, germination viability, plant vegetative growth. However, inflorescence length, ratio of female inflorescence were increased greatly. Particularly, seed soaked 1 hour with IAA 10 mg/L, total inflorescence length and ratio of female inflorescence increased by 39. 39% and 7. 6% respectively. Germination rate, germination viability, plant vegetative growth and inflorescence differentiation were impacted by IAA(10 mg/L) , GA3(100 mg/L) and KT(10 mg/L) significantly.
