应用噻虫啉微胶囊悬浮剂防治无瓣海桑星天牛研究

         

摘要

星天牛是林业上重要的蛀干害虫,具有为害树木种多,破坏力强,防治难度大等特点.本文针对红树植物无瓣海桑上发生的星天牛,测定了噻虫啉悬浮液对其成虫的室内毒力,评价了林间防治效果.研究结果表明,噻虫啉对星天牛成虫具较高的毒力,测试的浓度中除2000倍液组外其它组间差异不显著.喷药后21h即有大量试虫出现行动迟缓、不能站立和抽搐等中毒症状,31h后有70%的试虫死亡,其它试虫也均表现出不同程度的中毒症状.综合考虑选用1000倍液进行林间用药防治试验,统计结果显示,喷药后各试验区的星天牛成虫量、产卵刻槽数及卵的孵化率与对照间差异显著.%Anoplophora chinensis is an important forestry borer with the characters of high destructivity, difficulty to control etc. The toxicity tests of thiacloprid capsule suspension to A. chinensis adults under laboratory conditions and in field controlling showed that the thiaclopric CS hid high toxicity on A. chinensis adults, and there were no significant toxicity differences among 100 times, 500 times, 1000 times and 1500 times testing concentrations except 2000 times. After sprayed 21 hours, 50% tested adults showed the poisoning symptoms of slow-moving, inability to stand and twitching, after 31 hours, 70% tested adults died and others showed different degree of poisoning symptom. Taking all factors into consideration, 1000 times thiacloprid capsule suspension was selected for field control experiments and the results showed that there were significant differences between the trials and the control among the adult mortality, oviposition nidi amount and the rate of hatchability.
