四倍体刺槐硬枝扦插生根过程中内源激素的变化

         

摘要

The tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia hard cuttings were immersed in different concentrations exogenous hormone IBA and with different time treatments,then which was used to determine the effects of the treatments on the cuttings' rooting rates and on the variations of endogenous hormones IAA,ABA,adenine phosphate,6-BA,GA,and IBA in the process rooting.The results show that there were significant correlations between the rooting rates and endogenous hormones IAA content,adenine phosphate content,and 6-BA content,and in the adventitious root formation stage,the endogenous hormones IAA content,adenine phosphate content,6-BA content increased,while after the adventitious roots were completed,IAA content,adenine phosphate content,6-BA content decreased;with the high concentration and long time exogenous hormone IBA treatments,in the callus induction stage,the cuttings' endogenous hormones IAA content,adenine phosphate content,6-BA content could fast increased,which was propitious to promote the rooting of the hard cuttings; during the rooting process,the change tendency of IAA and ABA was contrary to each other,namely when in the adventitions root formation stage,the IAA content was in peak period but the ABA content was in low peak period.The results indicate that the rooting rates were not only influenced by the ABA,but also by the other hormones; there was no significant correlation between GA content and rooting rate and the content of GA decreased progressively during the cuttings rooting.%剪取四倍体刺槐当年生硬枝做插穗,研究了经不同浓度和时间外源激素IBA浸泡处理后对硬枝插穗生根的影响及生根过程中内源激素IAA、ABA、腺嘌呤、6-BA、GA的变化规律,以揭示四倍体刺槐插穗难生根的机理.研究表明:在四倍体刺槐硬枝扦插生根过程中,内源IAA、腺嘌呤、6-BA含量高低与扦插生根有显著相关性,在不定根形成期内源IAA、腺嘌呤、6-BA含量增加,不定根形成后IAA、腺嘌呤、6-BA含量降低;经较高浓度且较长时间外源IBA的处理会使得插穗内源IAA、腺嘌呤和6-BA含量在愈伤组织诱导期含量快速增加,是促使扦插生根的有利条件;在生根过程中,IAA与ABA呈相反变化趋势的现象,即不定根形成期IAA含量处于高峰期时,ABA含量处于低峰期;GA含量在整个生根期的变化基本表现为一直下降的趋势,且GA含量的变化与插穗生根无明显关系.
