用作燃料乙醇原料的刺槐无性系木质纤维素成分研究

         

摘要

In order to study the differences of lignocellulose content among 8 black locust clones or varieties, eight two-year-old species, such as 8044 and Yuci No.1(8048), Yuci No.7(83002), Yuci No.8(84023), fast-growingRobinia pseudoacacia, tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia, HungaryRobinia pseudoacacia and common black locust were selected as the experimental materials. Cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin contents in different growing periods weredetermined by means of Van Soest P J's method. The results show that for most of the 8 clones or varieties, their mean cellulose contents in fast-growing period stage were in the highest status, the mean hemicellulose contents in early growth stage were in the highest state, the mean lignin contents in fast-growing period stage were in the lowest state. And in the same period of each clonal growth, cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin contents were all significantly different; In the growth telophase, the holo-cellulose percent contents in common black locust and Yuci No.8(84023) were both 55%, higher than other clones or varieties significantly; the cellulose contents of common black locust and Yuci No.8(84023) were 34.7% and 34.4% respectively, and their lignin contents were 20.7% and 18.8% respectively, lower than the others. The two clones are more suitable to be used as the raw materials to produce fuel ethanol.%为了筛选出较适合生产燃料乙醇的刺槐无性系,选取8044、8048(豫刺1号)、83002(豫刺7号)、84023(豫刺8号)、速生刺槐(无性系3-Ⅰ)、四倍体刺槐、匈牙利大叶刺槐和普通刺槐8个无性系或品种作为研究对象,采用范式洗涤法,测定其纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量,并研究了不同生长时期各成分的变化规律.结果显示:大部分无性系纤维素平均含量在速生期最高,半纤维素含量在生长初期最高,木质素含量在速生期最低.且各无性系在同一生长时期,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量均存在显著差异.普通刺槐和84023在生长末期的综纤维素含量最高,均达到55%;其中,纤维素含量分别为34.7%和34.4%;木质素相对较低,分别为20.7%和18.8%,较适合作为生产燃料乙醇的原料.
