改性竹炭对甲醛的吸附性能研究

         

摘要

采用高锰酸钾与硫酸锰联合对竹炭进行改性,并将改性前后的竹炭对甲醛的吸附性能进行探讨。分析了甲醛溶液的初始浓度、改性前后竹炭的用量、温度、时间等条件对吸附的影响;通过扫描电镜、比表面积和红外光谱表征了竹炭改性前后的表面构型、比表面积与官能团变化。研究结果表明,甲醛溶液浓度42 mg/mL,改性竹炭用量17 mg/mL、温度313 K,吸附时间5 h 的条件下,甲醛的吸附效果最好,达到了50.25 mg/g;扫描电镜、比表面积和红外光谱等手段的分析表明,竹炭经改性后微孔结构增多、比表面积增大、表面含氧官能团增多,改性竹炭比未改性竹炭具有更为良好的吸附性能。%The adsorption of formaldehyde on bamboo charcoal, before and after modified by potassium permanganate and manganese sulfate was discussed in the present study. The effects of the initial concentration of formaldehyde solution, adsorbent dosage, temperature, and time on the adsorption capacity were analyzed and the surface morphology, specific surface area and functional groups of unmodified and modified bamboo charcoal were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, specific surface area and infrared spectrum. The results showed that when the initial concentration of formaldehyde solution was 42 mg/mL, dosage of modified bamboo charcoal was 17 mg/mL, temperature was 313 K, and the adsorption time was 5 h, the maximum adsorption capacity of formaldehyde were 50.25 mg/g. Compared with unmodified bamboo charcoal, the modified bamboo charcoal had more micro-porous structure, larger surface area and increased surface oxygen functional groups analyzed by SEM, specific surface area and FTIR, which showed that the modified bamboo charcoal has good adsorption properties than the unmodified bamboo charcoal.
