4种绿化幼苗对干旱胁迫的生理响应

         

摘要

在人工模拟干旱环境下,测定了菜豆树Radermachera sinica、铁冬青Ilex rotunda、紫楠Phoebe sheareri、锯叶竹节树Carallia diplopetela的生理指标以研究干旱胁迫的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫处理期间,4种幼苗叶片组织含水量逐渐下降;铁冬青幼苗的叶片叶绿素含量先升后降,其余幼苗逐渐上升;紫楠幼苗的叶片可溶性糖含量先升后降,其余幼苗逐渐上升;菜豆树幼苗的叶片蛋白质含量逐渐上升,铁冬青幼苗的叶片蛋白质含量呈波动上升的趋势,紫楠幼苗显著增加后保持稳定,锯叶竹节树幼苗无显著变化;菜豆树和锯叶竹节树幼苗的叶片脯氨酸含量逐渐上升,铁冬青幼苗逐渐下降,紫楠幼苗波动性上升;菜豆树和锯叶竹节树幼苗叶片的超氧化物歧化酶活性持续下降,铁冬青先降后升,而紫楠先升后降。4种幼苗叶片的丙二醛含量均不断上升。主成分分析表明,4种幼苗的抗旱能力为铁冬青>锯叶竹节树>紫楠>菜豆树。%Studies were conducted on physiological changes of seedlings of Radermachera sinica, Ilex rotunda, Phoebe sheareri and Carallia diplopetela under simulated drought environment. The physiological characteristics of these seedlings were determined and their drought resistance was evaluated with principal component analysis. The results showed that during drought stress period, tissue water content of the four seedling species decreased;chlorophyll content of I. Rotunda increased initially and then decreased, whereas other species increased gradually;soluble sugar content of P. sheareri increased followed by a decrease, whereas other seedling species increased gradually;the content of soluble protein of R. sinica increased gradually, I. rotunda increased with lfuctuations, P. Sheareri signiifcantly increased and then kept steady, whereas C. diplopetela kept steady;The content of free proline of R. sinica and C. diplopetela increased gradually, I. rotunda decreased gradually and P. Sheareri increased with lfuctuations;the activity of SOD of R. sinica and C. diplopetela decreased gradually, I. rotunda decreased initially and then rose, while P. sheareri increased ifrst and then decreased;The content of MDA of the four seedling species increased during drought stress period. The physiological characteristics of the four seedling species were evaluated with principal component analysis and showed that their drought resistance decreased in the order of I. rotunda﹥C. diplopetela﹥P. sheareri﹥R. sinica.
