The abundant water resources of middle reaches of Changjiang River should be utilized in commercialized mode to promote regional economy. The main developable branches are selling water,hydropower electricity,industries with much consumption of water,navigation,aquatic plants and animals,aquatic tourism. Proper system of charges and prices should be constructed in order to coordinate benefit relations among the corporations which utilize water resources.
