洪水淹没动态分析系统设计与开发

             

摘要

According to the complex real-time water situation, the real-time simulation of large-scale floods is very important for flood prevention practice.We propose a two-dimensional shallow water model based on unstructured Godunov-type finite volume method.An adaptive method is proposed to improve the running efficiency of the shallow-water model.A GIS-based on-line flood simulation system is developed by using the service-oriented framework.The proposed system is used for large-scale floods simulation on real topography.Results compared to those of MIKE21 show the well performance of the proposed model with bright prospect.%针对复杂的实时水、雨、工情条件,开展任意水文及溃口条件下洪水淹没动态分析模型研究与应用系统开发,对实际防汛减灾工作具有重要的作用.基于二维浅水方程,运用Godunov型非结构有限体积法,建立了适应复杂地形的洪水演进水动力学模型;针对溃堤洪水演进特点,通过优化模型算法,显著提高了程序计算效率;采用面向服务架构,考虑模型-系统的松耦合性,开发了基于GIS平台的洪水淹没动态分析系统;卫河右堤溃堤洪水模拟案例表明,本系统具有较好的计算稳定性和效率,在防汛应急决策支持方面具有较好的应用前景.
