中国垄断行业引入竞争机制的国际背景、进程和模式选择

摘要

Deepening reform of monopoly industries is main contents of present reform of SOEs, and introduction of competition mechanism is precondition and key factor of the reform of monopoly industries. This paper first introduces technological and economic background of the reform of monopoly industries in the world, illustrates 5 modes and paths on introducing competition mechanism into monopoly industries. Based on this, the paper intro duces the process and status quo of the reform of monopoly industries in China.
