The effect of admixture and corrosion inhibitor on rebar-protecting properties of seawater-sea-sand concrete was studied by testing polarization potential and mass loss of rebar in seawater-seasand mortar. It is concluded that the fly ash, slag have limited improvement on the rebar-protecting properties of seawater-seasand concrete whereas metakaolin has a marked effect of improvement. When metakaolin is added, the rebar polarization potential obviously moves to the positive. In addition, triethanolamine corrosion inhibitor has the good effect on improving the rebar-protecting properties of seawater-seasand concrete. The combination of metakaolin(20% ,by mass)and triethanolamined. 5%, by mass)has an significant effect on the rebar-protecting properties of seawater-seasand concrete, the rebar polarization potential is the same as the ordinary concrete made with fresh water and sand, rebar mass loss is significantly reduced, rebar cured for 420 d is not corroded at all.%测试了海水海砂胶砂中钢筋的极化电位和失重率,观察了钢筋的锈蚀情况,研究了不同掺合料和阻锈剂对海水海砂混凝土护筋性的影响.结果表明:粉煤灰、矿渣对海水海砂混凝土护筋性改善作用有限,而偏高岭土的改善作用显著,钢筋极化电位明显正移;阻锈剂中三乙醇胺对海水海砂混凝土护筋性改善作用明显;复掺偏高岭土(20%,质量分数)和三乙醇胺(1.5%,质量分数)后,海水海砂混凝土的护筋性明显提高,钢筋极化电位与淡水标准砂配制的普通混凝土相近,钢筋失重率明显降低,标准养护420 d后钢筋无任何锈蚀.
