It' s necessary to ensure stereotaxic spinal column fixing of Gekko gecko to make in vivo spinal cord preparation and take related electrophysiological experiments. In this paper, according to the skeleton sample and the structural features of spinal column of Gekko gecko, an effective stereotaxic method for the spinal column was presented. Further, based on the universal brain stereotaxic apparatus, a spinal adaptor suitable for the different gecko's spinal segments was developed. The experiments of the gecko's spinal exposition and the electrophysiological recording show that the spinal segments in different size can be reliably fixed by the gecko spinal adaptor, and also the adaptor can easily be operated,which demonstrate the developed new adaptor can meet the needs of in vivo spinal cord research of Gekko gecko.%大壁虎在体脊髓制备及其电生理实验的开展,需要确保大壁虎脊柱部分的立体定位.借助大壁虎骨骼标本,根据脊柱结构特征,本研究提出了一种有效的大壁虎脊柱立体定位方法,并以通用脑立体定位仪为平台,研制了适于不同脊柱节段定位的脊柱适配器.大壁虎不同节段的脊髓暴露及电生理实验验证了该适配器操作方便、定位可靠,能够满足大壁虎脊髓研究的需要.
