低剂量MSCT在孤立性肺结节复查中的临床应用价值

摘要

目的 探讨低毫安联合自适应统计迭代重建技术(ASIR)在孤立性肺结节复查(SPN)中的应用价值.方法 对86例患者孤立性肺结节病灶定期3个月随访,分别行低毫安联合自适应统计迭代重建技术低剂量扫描及常规扫描,比较两种扫描模式对病灶的显示情况并记录患者检查接受辐射剂量,进行相应统计学比较.结果 低剂量组图像质量评分低于常规组,图像合格率差异无统计学意义,两组图像均可敏感发现孤立性肺结节.低剂量扫描与标准扫描在对病灶大小显示方面差异无统计学意义.低剂量扫描与标准扫描在CTDIvol、DLP方面差异均有统计学意义.结论 低毫安联合自适应统计迭代重建技术在大幅度降低辐射剂量的同时,不影响对孤立性肺结节病灶的检出及显示,具有较大临床应用价值.%Objective To explore the application value of low mAs combined with adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction (ASIR) technique in the review of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN).Methods 86 cases of patients with solitary pulmonary nodules were regularly followed up after 3 months, respectively for low mAs combined with ASIR of low dose scanning and routine scanning, the nodule size,radiation doses were compared between the two groups.Results The image quality score of low dose group was lower than that of the conventional group,but was no of statistically significant difference of qualified rate between them,the two groups of images could be found solitary pulmonary nodule s sensitive.There was no significant difference of the size of the lesions between the two groups.Two groups of CTDIvol, DLP had significant difference.Conclusion Low mAs combined with ASIR technique can reduce the radiation dose,which doesn't affect the detection and display of solitary pulmonary nodules,and have some clinical significance.
