二甲双胍短期预处理治疗枸橼酸氯米芬抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the effects of short-term metformin pretreatment in patients with clomiphene citrate resistant polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods One hundred and sixty cases of clomiphene citrate resistant polycystic ovary syndrome,were ran-domly divided into two groups.observation group (80 cases)underwent metformin 500 mg twice a day combined with Diane-35 in treat-ment;while the control group underwent Diane-35 treatment.The reproductive hormone levels and the pregnancy rate were compared be-tween the 2 groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,two groups of patients with serum luteinizing hormone(LH), LH/FSH(FSH)were significantly decreased(P <0.01 ),and the observation group decreased more greatly;The transvaginal ultra showed that endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score,follicular maturation rate and pregnancy rate of observation group were higher than those of control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Metformin can increase the sensitivity of clomiphene citrate in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and improve the pregnancy rate.%目的：探讨二甲双胍短期预处理治疗枸橼酸氯米芬抵抗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的临床效果。方法将160例枸橼酸氯米芬抵抗的 PCOS 患者随机分为两组，各80例。对照组给予达英-35治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予二甲双胍口服治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后，两组患者血清黄体生成素（LH）、LH／FSH（促卵泡素）均显著下降（P ＜0．01），且观察组降低幅度更大；经阴道超声检查，观察组子宫内膜厚度、宫颈粘液评分、卵泡成熟率和妊娠率均高于对照组（P＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）。结论二甲双胍短期预处理治疗枸橼酸氯米芬抵抗 PCOS 效果显著，值得临床推广。
