基于合肥与中东部的创新型城市评价指标体系实证研究

摘要

在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上，构建创新型城市综合建设评价指标体系，并运用主成分分析法对合肥与东部、中部地区主要城市的综合创新能力进行实证评估及动态对比分析，以探讨合肥综合创新能力的优势和不足，从而为政府部门提升创新型城市的建设水平提供理论参考。%Taking the road of innovative cities is the inevitable direction for the future of many cities , on the basis of the relevant research results ,the evaluation index system of comprehensive constructing of in-novative cities was constructed in the paper .The method of principal component analysis to evaluate Hefei and some other cities in eastern and central region was used and some dynamic comparative analysis of the innovation ability about them were made .Advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive innovation ability about Hefei were explored in the paper ,so as to provide a theoretical reference for the government departments to promote the construction level of innovation cities .
