基于六西格玛方法的铜工艺品质量管理研究

摘要

调查了铜陵铜工艺品质量管理发展现状,构建了铜工艺品生产过程中改进的六西格玛模型并进行应用分析,指出需求导向及科学管理是影响铜工艺品质量的关键因素.提出相关建议如:铜工艺企业应加强员工培训,合理安排作业时间;构建质量监控保障体系;优化工艺流程;积极制定作业标准,实施过程控制系统,引入激励机制.%The quality control development status of Tongling′s copper crafts was investigated in the paper,and the improved production procedure of copper crafts′ six sigma method was structured and application analysis were made.According to the results,demand orientation and scientific management were pointed out as the key factor which affected the copper crafts′ quality.Development countermeasures were given that the staff′s training and planning maintain systems in the copper crafts enterprises should be enhanced,quality monitoring security system should be built,the production flow should be polished up,standards of working ought to be set in a positive way,the procedure control system also ought to be implemented,and the incentive mechanism should be introduced.
