铝粉尘爆炸机理与预防对策探析

摘要

On the basis of the physical and chemical properties of aluminum, thermal reaction and chain reaction theory, and with being combined with a typical combustion explosion accident of aluminum dust, the process and mechanism of aluminum dust explosions are analyzed. The interaction superposition model on the mechanism of aluminium dust explosions is put forward. The reseaon is discussed that water, water vapor and confined spaces should be indispensable and necessary conditions of aluminium dust explosions. The main prevention countermeasures and methods to aluminium dust explosions are pointed out.%依据铝的理化性质和热反应、连锁反应理论,结合一起典型的铝粉尘燃烧爆炸事故,分析铝粉尘爆炸发生过程和机理,提出铝粉尘爆炸发生机理的交互叠加作用模型,探讨水、水蒸气和密闭空间是铝粉尘发生爆炸不可缺少的必要条件的原因,得出预防铝粉尘发生爆炸的主要对策和方法.
