GRC模板的抗碱性能及耐久性能试验研究

         

摘要

To research the alkali resistance and durability of glass-fiber mesh cloth located in glass-fiber reinforced cement formwork during the service life, the traditional accelerated ageing method for glass fiber reinforced cement (GRC) and the NaOH Solution Immersion Method for glass-fiber cloth are adopted. Meanwhile, some contrast tests, whose specimens were immersed in water at room temperature, were conducted The alkali erosion effect of Ca ( OH ) 2 on glass-fiber in the formwork due to cement hydration of concrete is analyzed by contrasting the changing trends of strength and the strength retention rate of specimens after immersion in different solutions. According to the experiment results, the decline mechanism of long-term behavior of glass-fiber in cement-base material is discussed. Researches indicate that the probability of failure due to durability is very low during 50 years of service life specified by China Structure Design Code.%为了研究玻璃纤维增强水泥(glass fiber reinforced cement,GRG)永久性模板中的玻璃纤维网格布在使用过程中的抗碱性能和耐久性问题,本文综合运用了传统的GRC加速老化试验法和专门针对玻璃纤维网格布耐碱性能试验的NaOH溶液浸泡法,同时使用常温清水浸泡法进行对比试验.通过试件在不同溶液中浸泡不同龄期后的抗折强度发展趋势和抗折强度保留率的对比,对墙体混凝土中的普通硅酸盐水泥水化过程中产生的Ca(OH)2对模板中的玻璃纤维的侵蚀影响进行了分析,并据试验结果对玻璃纤维在水泥基体中长期性能降低的原因和机理进行了探讨.研究成果表明,对一般建筑物在50 a的设计使用年限内,因耐久性问题而影响使用的可能性很小.
