To study the. Process and technique of dry hyperbaric welding under 1 500 m water depths, a hyperbaric welding test chamber need to be designed for simulated test. A measurement and control system based on MCGS configuration technique and PLC control technique was designed, which achieved the control of test-chamber's functioning and the realtime collection, monitoring and processing of test data.
