通过理论分析的方法建立阀门内漏过程中气体体积泄漏率与声发射信号特征参数均方根(AEREs)函数关系,利用研制的实验平台进行了阀门气体内漏检测实验,利用小波包变换方法分别对球阀和截止阀内漏过程产生的声发射信号进行频谱特性分析研究,实验结果表明,经过3层小波包分解后的信号能量主要集中在12.5~75 kHz.且声发射信号特征参数均方根(AERES)能有效反映气体体积泄漏率,因此可以利用声发射技术检测阀门是否内漏并估算其泄漏率.%The functional relationship between the acoustic emission parameter (AERMS) and the internal leakage rate was established and the AE testing for valve internal leakage under the test platform was performed in this paper. The spectrum characteristics of the acoustic emission signal produced in the leakage process of the ball valve and cut-off valve were analyzed by the wavelet packet transform. The conclusions demonstrate that the main frequency range of the energy in the level wavelet packet decomposition with db4 wavelet is 12. 5~75 kHz, the volume of the air leakage rate is successfully detected, using, therefore the acoustic emission detection technology can be used for the detection of valve internal air leakages.
