煤层气管道排液方式综合评价模型

         

摘要

In view of the CBM drainage and gas recovery characteristics,the free water in coal-bed methane gathering and transportation network gradually gathered in the low-lying pipeline,so that the efficiency of gas transmission network is greatly reduced.Due to the variety of advantages and disadvantages of different drainage methods and the lack of adequate previous re-searches,there is no comprehensive evaluation index and feasible comparison scheme.Taking into account the principle of the three kinds of drainage equipments and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages,a set of evaluation system of drainage mode was established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP).In this paper,the comparison on economic efficiency,manpower intensity,pressure drop recovery and gas transmission efficiency was made,of the three kinds of drainage of coal-bed gas pipeline,that is,drainage traps,line water separator (condensate tank)drainage and pigging drainage.The calculation procedure and method of the evaluation system are given as an example.It is found that the drainage of the pig is a relatively good drainage way,and it has a certain significance to guide the choice of drainage mode.%鉴于煤层气排水采气的开采特性,煤层气集输管网中的游离水逐渐聚集于管路低洼处,使得输气管网的效率大幅度降低.由于不同排液方式优缺点各异且前人研究较少,目前并没有建立一套综合性的评价指标和可实施的比选方案.考虑到3种排液方式所涉及设备原理和优缺点,利用模糊层次分析法建立了一套排液方式的评价体系.针对煤层气管道常用的3种排液方式:疏水阀排水、线路分水器(凝水缸)排水和清管排水,从经济性、人工作业强度、压降恢复、输气效率4个方面进行对比.并以算例为例给出了评价体系比选步骤与方法,结果发现,清管排液是相对较优的排液方式,对指导现场排液方式的选择有一定意义.
