研究了臭氧氧化对印染污水的脱色动力学,不同温度和不同气液比下的氧化脱色效果,臭氧联合絮凝操作对印染污水的处理效果.结果表明,臭氧氧化印染污水脱色动力学为一级动力学,在40 ℃时氧化效率最高,脱色效果最好,在气液比为3:1时即可完全脱色,利用紫外可见分光光度法已检测不到吸收峰,脱色率可达77.27%,利用氧化絮凝联合操作脱色率可达100%.%The paper mainly studies the oxidation decoloration effects of ozone oxidation on the de-colorization kinetics of printing and dyeing wastewater,at different temperatures and different gas-liquid ratio.It also focuses on the effect of ozone combined flocculation operation on dyeing wastewater.Results show that the decolorization effect is the best under the conditions that the ozone oxidation of dyeing wastewater decolorization kinetics is first-order kinetics,and the highest oxidation efficiency is at 40 ℃.The complete bleaching can be achieved in the aeration ratio of 3:1,and absorption peaks has not been detected in UV Vis spectrophotometry.The de-colorization rate can reach 77.27%,and the decolorization rate can reach 100% in the joint operation of oxidation flocculation.
