高压压电传感器静态与准静态校准方法研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the differences between the static and quasi-static sensitivities of the high-pressure piezoelectric sensors in the chamber pressure measurement,the quantitative analysis was accomplished.The static and quasi-static calibrations to sensors (kistler 6215 )were made respectively by static pressure calibration device and hydraulic dynamics calibration device with drop hammer.The models about the two calibration methods were respectively established by least square method firstly.Then,the variance significance of two work models were analyzed by F test,and the confidence intervals of two regression lines were analyzed,and the change law of point sensitivity in two groups of calibration data were studied as well.The results show that the slopes of two regression lines are not the same at a confidence level of 0.05,and the quasi-static calibrations to sensors(6215)is more practical than static calibrations.%针对用于膛压测量的高压压电传感器静态与准静态工作曲线之间的差异展开了定量的分析,分别利用静态压力标定机及落锤液压动标装置对Kistler6215传感器进行了静态及准静态校准,采用最小二乘法分别建立了静态校准和准静态校准的工作模型;通过F检验法检验了2种工作模型方差的显著性,并对两条回归直线斜率的置信区间进行了分析,同时研究了2组标定数据的点灵敏度的变化情况。研究结果表明,在0.05置信水平下,两条回归直线的斜率不同,与高压压电传感器静态校准相比,实施准静态校准更实用。
