The Rayleigh-Ritz variational method is used with multiconfiguration-interraction wave function and restricted variation method to obtain the energies of 1s22s2p1Po, 1s22s2p3P0, and 1s22p23P states in berylliumlike CⅢ and OⅤ, including the mass polarization and relativistic corrections. The oscillator strengths, transition rates and wavelengths are also calculated.
