Mn/Cr掺杂对Ni-Fe-Ga合金相变和磁性转变的影响

         

摘要

系统研究了Mn和Cr元素掺杂对Ni55 Fe18 Ga27合金马氏体相变温度和居里温度的影响.研究表明:随着Mn含量的增加,Ni55-x Mnx Fe18 Ga27系列合金的马氏体相变温度逐渐降低,居里温度有所增加;Ni55 Fe18-x Mnx Ga27系列合金的马氏体相变温度也逐渐降低,但居里温度变化并不明显.随着Cr含量的增加,Ni55-x Crx Fe18 Ga27系列合金的马氏体相变温度明显降低,居里温度则小幅度降低;Ni55 Fe18-x Crx Ga27系列合金的马氏体相变温度和居里温度均有规律的降低.%The influences of Mn and Cr doping on the martensitic transformation temperature and Curie tempera-ture of Ni55 Fe18 Ga27 alloy have been systematically studied in this paper. The results demonstrate that the marten-sitic transformation temperature reduces gradually and Curie temperature increases with the increasing Mn content in Ni55-xMnx Fe18 Ga27 alloys. For Ni55 Fe18-x Mnx Ga27, the martensitic transformation temperature also reduces and Curie temperature is basically similar. With the increasing Cr content in Ni55-x Crx Fe18 Ga27 alloys, the mar-tensitic transformation temperature decreases significantly and Curie temperature decreases slightly. For Ni55 Fe18-x Crx Ga27 alloys, the martensitic transformation temperature and Curie temperature decrease simultaneously.
