一种CS115/CS116电流监测探头时域校准夹具的设计

摘要

The design method of calibration-jig using in CS115/CS116 Current monitor probe time-domain calibration is introduced.By analyzing the time and spectral domain property of CS115/CS116 signal,we know the bandwidth of the calibration-jig,and we simulate the calibration-jig in CST.The design method is verified by measurement,the VSWR of the jig is less than 2 within 500MHz.%本文介绍了一种用于CS115/CS116电流监测探头时域校准的夹具.通过分析CS115/CS116瞬态脉冲信号的时域特性和频域特性,确定了校准夹具的工作带宽,利用CST软件仿真设计了满足CS115/CS116实验波形传输的校准夹具.通过实际测量,在500MHz范围内校准夹具的电压驻波比VSWR＜2,可以用于电流探头时域转换系数的校准.
