通用厂房的建筑防火设计审核

通用厂房有其特殊的功能要求和市场定位,对通用厂房结构特点和火灾危险性进行分析,提出建筑防火设计审核人员在对此类项目进行审核把关时应首先合理判定火灾危险性,同时应注意消火栓、自动喷水灭火系统、强弱电系统、防排烟系统等四个方面的具体审核。%General workshops have particular functions and marketing. This paper analyzes the fire risk of these workshops and points out that the review of fire designs of them is to be focused on the fire hydrants, automatic water spraying systems, the power system and smoke ventilation.
