基于AHP法和模糊综合评判在高职高专教师教学质量评价中的应用

         

摘要

With the popularization of higher education in China,the quality problems caused by enlarging enrollment have become the focus of attention of the public,how to ensure the training quality and how to improve the school management level have captured the attention of many scholars and the government.Although with the guidelines of school-running level assessment in higher vocational education,all higher vocational colleges are monitoring their own teaching quality and offering evaluation,which to some extent improve the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges,there is still much work remained to do.This paper based on the AHP method and application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is suitable for the construction of the university faculty teaching quality evaluation system,the system can be used in schools in different periods of the development process of related parameters set to teachers' teaching quality evaluation.%随着中国高等教育大众化阶段的到来,高等教育扩招形势下的质量问题已成为社会关注的焦点,如何保证培养质量、提高办学水平得到广大学者和国家的高度重视。虽然在高职高专办学水平评估指导下,各高职院校均对自己学校教师教学质量进行了监控和评价,一定程度上提高了高职高专的教学质量,但是距离办学水平评估的要求还有一定距离。应用AHP法和基于模糊综合评判的综合评价法构建了适合教师的教学质量评价体系,可以运用该体系针对学校发展过程的不同时期设置相关参数对教师教学质量进行测评。
