职务犯罪侦查工作保障机制完善探析

摘要

Nowadays some passive factors still restricted the development of functionary crime detection. They include the lagging of empowered methods, intelligence collection impeding, local official interference, insufficient fundamental strength, obstruction in judicial cooperative channel and structural establishment to be integrated etc. Proper measures shall be take to enhance comprehensive efficacy of detective steps, strengthen intelligence mechanism, norm the mechanism of inter-party report and instruction, reinforce foundation instruction, augment legal enforcement coordination and reorganize interior judicial resources effectively.%当前，影响职务犯罪侦查工作发展的消极制约因素主要体现在侦查措施手段滞后、信息查询机制不顺、领导不当干预、基础力量保障不足、司法协作途径不畅、机构设置有待整合等方面。因而，有必要采取适当措施，切实提升侦查措施的综合运用效能、健全信息查询检索评判机制、规范党内请示报告机制、加强检察基础建设机制、畅通检察执法协作协调机制、有效整合内部司法资源。
