本文对 ODS 反相键合相色谱分析的核心部分--ODS 色谱柱的使用、保存、维修及再生等方面的经验和技术作了详细的介绍，并总结了包括 ODS 柱在内的有关液相色谱柱的异常现象及原因一表，以利故障的查寻和排除。%This paper presents the use, preservation, maintenance and re-generation of the ODS reversed phase column from the aspects of experience and technology. The anomalies and their causes of the relevant liquid chromatographic columns including ODS column are summarized, which helps detect and solve the failures.
