数据资源规划（DRP）通用平台的设计与应用

摘要

With the deepening of vertical management of government, enterprises and other large organizations, the superior departments need to grasp the basic business data to support special operations for the departments and trades, and even for the whole country. Basic level organizations have the tasks to report too much data, so the development of data reporting platform has becomes necessary. This paper introduces the technology of the data resource planning platform, and describes universal platform for data resource planning, based on the case of data reporting services in the plat form. The data reporting process has the technical guiding significance for the departments and trades.%随着政府、企业等大型组织纵向管理的深化，上级部门需要掌握大量基层的业务数据，为本部门、本行业，乃至全国范围的专项业务提供数据支撑，基层组织面临着数据上报任务日益繁重的局面，针对这一现状，开发数据上报通用平台成为必然。本文通过介绍数据资源规划平台的技术，并结合数据上报业务在该平台上的实现，全面阐述了数据资源规划通用平台，对各行业的数据上报流程具有技术指导作用。
