为了有效地实施看板管理,应对地面生产线进行合理布局,设计出适合准时制生产方式模拟实验的生产看板和传送看板。本模拟实验有助于学生从理论和实践两方面掌握准时制生产方式的本质。%In order to effectively implement Kanban management,ground production limes is needed to be rationally laid out so as to design production Kanban and transmission Kanban,which helps students understand the nature of on time production mode.
