Municipal wastewater was treated by using reverse A2 O -dynamic membrane bioreactor (DMBR) process .The distribution and characteristics of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) as well as its effect on membrane fouling were investigated in reverse A2 O -DMBR process .The results showed that the content of EPS along the process increased in the continuous running for 30 days . Content for EPS in aerobic pond increased from 2 .7 mg/g MLVSS to 10 .9mg/g MLVSS .The concen-tration of protein and LB-EPS in aerobic increased from 0 .87mg/L to 5 .73mg/L ,from 0 .49mg/L to 8 .6mg/L ,respectively .Membrane water flux decreased from 71 .1L/m2 · h to 16 .1L/m2 · h .Mem-brane fouling degree and membrane cleaning frequence increased .%采用倒置A2/O-动态膜生物反应器工艺处理市政污水,考察运行过程中沿程胞外聚合物分布状况和特性及EPS对膜污染的影响。结果表明:连续运行30d ,工艺沿程中EPS含量均随运行时间延长而增大,其中好氧池EPS浓度为2.7~10.9mg/g MLVSS ,蛋白质和LB-EPS含量分别为0.87~5.73mg/L ,0.49~8.6mg/L ,膜通量从71.1L/m2· h减小到16.1L/m2· h ,膜污染增加,清洗的频次也增大。
