安徽电网变压器油硫腐蚀研究及防护

摘要

To solve the problem of sulfur corrosion in large transformer of 220kV and above in Anhui power grid,the causes are analyzed,as well as influencing factor and its damage to equipment operation.Based on that,countermeasures are studied,and the sulfur corrosion optimum detection is determined,and the solution of adding the passivator to the transformer oil to avoid sulfur corrosion is proposed.Application of passivator technique to 220kV and above transformers of Anhui power grid is presented.%针对安徽电网220kV及以上大型变压器在运行中发现的硫腐蚀问题,初步分析了产生硫腐蚀的原因、影响因素及对设备安全运行的危害;在此基础上开展了防护对策的研究,确定了硫腐蚀的最佳检测方法,提出了向运行变压器油中添加金属钝化剂以避免硫腐蚀发生的解决方案,介绍了添加金属钝化剂技术在安徽电网220kV及以上大型变压器上的具体应用情况。
