基于科学指标体系的电网基建项目后评价管理

Combined with the characteristics of the grid capital construction projects , based on the quanti-zation , by the evaluation method of level analysis , with the construction of mathematical model and the project cost software , a scientific index evaluation system is built in the paper .It can make quantitative analysis on the grid capital construction projects , to achieve the standardized evaluation criteria , the hier-archical evaluation procedure , the quantitative evaluation index and the real-time evaluation process .%文章结合电网基建项目的特点,以量化为基础,采用层次分析的评价方法,借助构建的数学模型和工程造价等软件,构建科学指标评价体系,对电网基建项目进行量化分析,做到评价标准规范化、评价流程层次化、评价指标数量化、评价过程实时化.
