析电网工程投资预算精益化管理

         

摘要

2014年起,国家电网公司将电网基建工程投资预算管理纳入公司"两上两下"全面预算管理体系,淮北公司认真落实网省公司要求,坚持业务与财务协同融合理念,围绕"源头、过程、末端"三个环节,加强电网工程投资预算全过程管控,真实全面反映工程各项费用预算执行情况. 经过近两年的实践,电网工程投资预算管理机制逐步建立和完善,预算价值引领作用日益显现,电网工程精益化管理水平不断提升.%The State Grid Corporation has put the grid infrastructure project investment budget manage-ment into the″two rounds″comprehensive budget management system since 2014, Huaibei Power Compa-ny puts the claim into effect seriously , insists the synergy concept of business and finance around the″source , process and end″three key points , strengthens the entire process control of the grid infrastruc-ture project investment budget management , reflects the implementation of the budget of the project truly and comprehensively .After nearly two years of practices , the grid project investment budget management mechanism has been established and improved gradually , the value leading role of the budget has appeared , and the level of the grid engineering lean management has been promoted .
