为适应国家电网公司精细化管理配电网的要求,针对当前配网自动化监控设备不足的现状及配网故障诊断的实际需求,从用电信息采集系统等电网主业务系统中获取数据,并在新开发的软件中与现有的10 kV配网地理接线图进行融合。根据特定的故障诊断逻辑进行编程,实现了配网故障信息的及时判断及可视化。应用表明,该技术为配网故障的快速诊断,提供了有效依据。同时,通过对配网用户功率、电压、电流等数据的实时监测,提高了配电网调度的自动化水平。%On the needs of refined management of State Grid, considering the shortage of monitoring devices for distribution automation, and the actual demand of fault diagnosis for distribution network, data is acquired from main operational system of electricity grid, such as electricity information acquisition system and so on. Then the data is integrated with 10kV distribution network geographical diagram in new developed software. According to which, the instant judgment and visualization of fault information in dis-tribution network are realized, by means of the programming with special fault diagnosis logic. Practice shows that it can provide the efficient evidence for finding faults in distribution network rapidly. At the same time, it makes the power distribution dispatching more intelligent, through the real time monitoring of power, voltage, current of customers in distribution network.
