变电站软母线施工中导线下料长度的计算方法

摘要

According to the span measure and the actual blanking length calculation of flexible busbar of substation , this paper describes the method of determining the blanking length of flexible busbar and the method of span measure of flexible busbar .Based on the comparative analysis of existing methods , years of practical experience in construction and the control measures in the construction process of actual span measure , theory calculation , actual measurement fittings and insulator chain , the empirical formula is used to calculate the blanking length of flexible busbar , and depending on different circumstances a cor-rection coefficient k is selected , which makes the installation technology of flexible busbar to the next level and provides the practical construction experience for future installation of flexible busbar .%针对变电站中软母线档距测量及其实际放量长度的计算问题，文章描述了确定软母线下料长度及测量软母线档距的方法。通过对现有的方法进行对比分析，根据多年的实际施工经验，在采用对实测档距、理论计算、实测金具及绝缘子串等施工环节过程控制措施的基础上，使用经验公式计算软母线的下料长度，并根据具体情况选择不同的修正系数k值，使软母线安装工艺质量提高了一个档次，为今后软母线的安装提供了施工经验。
