施钾量对北沙参根有效成分含量变化的影响

     

摘要

[目的]促进北沙参栽培生产健康发展,实现规范化生产.[方法]在大田栽培条件下,研究了施钾量对北沙参根有效成分含量变化的影响.[结果]北沙参根中的可溶性蛋白质和多糖含量随着生长进程呈持续上升的变化趋势,直至收获时达到最高值.北沙参根中游离氨基酸和可溶性糖含量随着生长进程不断增加,分别到8月上旬和下旬达到最高,以后呈下降趋势.在氧化钾施用量为0~315 kg/hm2时,随着钾肥施用量的增加,根中可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、多糖和皂甙含量均增加.[结论]增施钾肥有利于提高北沙参根有效成分的含量,从而提高品质.%[ Objective ] The aim was to promote the healthy development of cultivation and production of Glehnia littoralis and realize the standardized production. [ Method] Under field conditions,the effects of potassium application rate on the effective components in Glehnia littoralis roots were studied. [ Result] The contents of soluble protein and polysaccharide in Glehnia littoralis roots showed a sustainable increase with their growth process,and reached the highest until it harvest. Meanwhile,the contents of free amino acids and soluble sugar in Glehnia littoralis roots increased continually with their growth process, and reached the highest respectively at the early and the middle of August, and then showed decreasing afterward. When the application rate of K_2O was 0-315 kg/hm~2, soluble protein,free amino acids,soluble sugar,polysaccharide and saponins contents in Glehnia littoralis roots all showed increasing with the increase of potassium application. [ Conclusion] The increase of potassium application was benefit to improve the contents of the effective components in Glehnia littoralis roots and the quality.
